Meet Our A-Team

Our only mission at Quantixt is to deliver specialized courses that transform R&D professionals into successful Product Managers.

We don’t just train product managers. We build careers. That’s why our mission is to give our students both the skills to excel in the role and the tools to secure it.

How did it all start?

It started with a frustrating interview meeting.
We had just interviewed our fifth product manager candidate that week. On paper, each looked like a great fit. Prestigious degrees, product management certifications, and polished portfolios. Yet when asked questions about real-world scenarios in regards to Product strategy and working with cross functional team members, none could provide satisfactory answers.
“We need someone who can hit the ground running, not someone who can recite frameworks,” We decided after the meeting. This conversation sparked a research project where we interviewed over 30 tech companies ranging from unicorn startups all the way to the biggest companies out there about their product hiring challenges.
The pattern was clear and concerning: companies were spending months looking for product managers with skills that weren’t taught in traditional courses, or really, anywhere. Strategic prioritization, evidence-based decision making, creating compelling product visions, and effectively communicating those visions across diverse technical and non-technical teams, these practical skills—not theoretical frameworks—are what determine success in real product roles.

What we realized is that best product managers are not just found, they are molded.

The Problem Today

Our research showed that 91% of Product Managers originated from tech roles such as Project Managers, UX designer, Data Analyst/Scientist, Software Engineers, Digital Entrepreneurs, QA Engineers and more.

However, most attempted to enter these positions without understanding how companies hire for the PM position, and what they look for in a Product Manager.

This gap inevitably leads to a low rate of success in the hiring process, organizational friction, misaligned expectations, and ultimately a high rate of failure for people attempting to transition into the Product Manager role.
